Usage Data: We track credit balance, generation history, and video generation requests to provide the service. Generated scripts and prompts are stored in your account for history access.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe may collect billing information per their privacy policy.

• Process credit purchases and video generation requests
• Improve video generation quality through aggregated, anonymized data
• Send service-related notifications (credit balance, generation completion)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TikTimo:

• Clerk — User authentication and identity management
• Stripe — Payment processing
• DeepSeek — AI script and prompt generation
• Kling AI / Luma / MiniMax — AI video generation
• Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure

4. Data Storage & Retention

Account data is stored via Clerk and retained for the life of your account. Generation history is stored locally in your browser (LocalStorage) and synced with your account. You may delete your generation history at any time from the History page. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us.

5. Cookies

TikTimo uses essential cookies for authentication (Clerk session tokens) and service functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies at this time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

TikTimo is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
