1. Digital Goods Policy

TikTimo is operated by LeonGe Holdings Pty Ltd. We sell digital goods (AI-generated video credits). All sales are final. No cash refunds are provided for digital goods purchases.

2. Credit Refunds

If a video generation fails due to a technical error (API failure, timeout), the credits used for that generation are automatically returned to your balance. You will not lose credits for failed generations.

3. Quality & Regeneration

AI-generated content varies in quality. If you are unsatisfied with a video, you may use the free regeneration feature to produce a new version. Quality dissatisfaction does not qualify for cash refunds.

4. AI-Generated Content

Videos are generated using third-party AI models (Kling, Luma, MiniMax). TikTimo does not guarantee specific results, viral performance, or platform acceptance. Users are responsible for complying with TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content policies, including AI disclosure requirements.

5. Abuse & Account Suspension

Attempting to abuse the platform (multiple accounts, credit farming, malicious usage) will result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits without refund.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider for successfully delivered digital goods constitutes fraud. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be permanently suspended.
